2 | tbsp | Parsley ~7.5 g |

Directions
Chop the onion, garlic and parsley.
Blend together the mince, salt, half of the onion and garlic, egg, wholemeal flour, oregano and pepper. Stir in the milk. Form the mince mixture into small meatballs and fry them in a little oil until golden brown. Add the rest of the chopped onion and garlic and fry for a couple of minutes. Add the tomatoes and water and allow the sauce to simmer for 10 mins. Add the parsley and allow to simmer for a further 5 mins.
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
Tip
Pasta can be used instead of rice.
