You have not selected any recipes which can be the base for a meal plan.
How to You click on the wanted recipe, the icon with the green cross, you will then see your shopping list and meal plan on the
left side of the screen.
This way you can easy compose a meal plan for a week and print it including a shopping
list.
The shopping list is already grouped in food categories, so it will be easy for
you to do the shopping.
If you want to add other goods to the shopping list, this can be done manually when
you are a registered user. You also have the possibility to add/remove ingredients
which you might already have in the kitchen.
When you have chosen the recipes you want for your meal plan you will on this page
have the possibility to choose which days. If you are a registered user you further
have the option to save your meal plan and give it a name. You can then at a later
time load your meal plan. You can save all the meal plans you would like.
