Exciting and different tart.
Directions
Chop onions finely, sauté them in a pot, and then add beef and sauté it as well. When the meat is browned, add the Mexican seasoning mix. Make the pie crust according to the package instructions, roll it out, and place it in a dish.
Remove the insides from the tomatoes and roughly chop the skin.
Chop jalapeños into rings.
Preheat the oven to 200°C conventional oven.
Mix sour cream, curry, mayonnaise, tomato, and jalapeños together in a bowl, and stir it all together.
Spoon the beef into the pie crust, then the sour cream mixture, and top it all off with grated cheese.
Bake the pie in the oven for about 35 minutes.
Tip
Instead of fresh whole jalapeños, canned jalapeños can also be used. In that case, 8 pieces should be used depending on desired taste. Serve with a fresh salad.
