Directions
Chop the onion, garlic and pepper. Split the chilli pepper and remove the seeds, then chop (quantity according to taste). Crush the juniper berries.
Brown the minced beef in a pan with a little oil. Add the chopped ingredients, spices, balsamic vinegar and tinned tomatoes. Allow to simmer for 5 mins. Add the beans and sweetcorn and allow to simmer for a further 10 mins.
Add more chilli to taste, or another hot spice such as tabasco.
Garnish with a sprig of parsley (optional).
