Directions
Sauté the prawns with crushed garlic in a little soy and transfer to a bowl.
Cut the pepper into cubes, the broccoli into small pieces and chop the onions.
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
Sauté the broccoli in a little soy for approx. 2 mins. Add the peppers and sauté for 2 mins. more.
Add the onion and allow to simmer for 2 mins.
Mix the vegetables with the noodles and prawns. Garnish with chives and season with salt and pepper.
