Intro
Super easy, fast and delicious rice dish.
Directions
Slice the onion and pepper.
Sauté the onion until transparent in a frying pan. Add the meat and sauté until brown. Add the sweetcorn, chopped peppers, caraway, pepper and rice and mix well. Add the stock, cover and cook for 18 mins.
Serve the rice dish with a sprinkling of parsley, salad and bread.
Tip
Infinite combinations of vegetables and spices can be used for the dish. If the vegetable drawer is completely empty, frozen sweetcorn and peas can be used.
