Directions
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Grate the ginger and finely slice the spring onions.
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
Put soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and sugar in a pan. Bring to the boil and add the chicken. Cover and allow to cook for approx. 5 mins. or until cooked through. Toss the boiled noodles and spring onions with the chicken.
Serve the dish on a flat plate.
