Directions

Cook the rice in stock according to the instructions on the packet.

Meanwhile, brown the meat and chopped garlic. Add the curry, salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 200º C/fan oven 175º C.

Halve the peppers and remove the seeds. Mix the meat with the rice and fill the peppers with the mixture. Bake the peppers for 15-20 mins.



Tip

Serve with raw vegetables or a mixed salad.
