Directions
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
Peel the avocados, remove the stone and mash with a fork in a bowl.
Stir in wasabi purée and finely chopped shallots. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat the grill or griddle until very hot.
Brush both sides of the tuna steaks with oil and grill for 1 min. on each side. Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange the tuna on a plate with the wasabi avocado and drizzle with sweet chilli sauce.
Serve the tuna with boiled rice sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
Tip
The tuna can be replaced by salmon, trout, grey mullet, butterfish - the latter must be cooked through.
