Intro
Delicious and incredibly easy Swedish pasta dish with smoked salmon and fresh apple.
Directions
Chop the spring onions, dice the apple and cut the salmon into small pieces.
Bring the water for the pasta to the boil.
Sauté the spring onions in the curry powder and add the salmon and pieces of apple.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Add the crème fraîche to the dish and finally the cooked pasta. Add salt to taste.
Tip
Serve with lemon slices and wholegrain bread (optional).
