Directions
Peel the potatoes and cut into chips. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 200ºC until golden, approx. 30 mins.
Shape the beef mince into patties, season with salt and pepper and fry until tender for approx. 5 mins. on each side.
Crush the garlic into the yoghurt, stir and season with salt and pepper´.
Serve the patties with fries and garlic dip.
Tip
Put the potatoes in a freezer bag with a little oil and shake. This makes them extra crispy and you do not need the baking paper.
Leave the yoghurt to drain through a coffee filter in the fridge the day before, so it is not as watery. You could use Greek yoghurt.
