10gFrying/baking margarine 80%
1jarTomato sauce ~500 g
2tbspOregano ~1.5 g
4pinchBlack Pepper ~1.5 g

Directions

Blend the yeast in the hand-hot water. Add the oil, salt and flour. Knead the dough well.
Place a clean, damp tea towel over the bowl and leave to rise in a warm place for 30 mins.

Meanwhile, peel and finely slice the potatoes. Halve the cherry tomatoes and cut
the sausages into slices. (Cube the feta if you have not bought it ready-cubed.)
Grease a baking tray with the margarine.

Preheat the oven to 200º C/fan oven 175º C.

Roll out the dough and place it on the baking tray, spread the tomato sauce over the top. Top with the potatoes, sausages, feta and tomatoes.
Sprinkle with oregano and salt and pepper.

Bake the pizza for 15-20 mins.
