Directions
Preheat the oven to 150º C. Place the taco shells in the oven and bake for approx. 15 mins., or until crisp.
Meanwhile, fry the meat, add the tomato and Mexican spices, and allow to simmer until the taco shells are done.
Rinse and shred the lettuce, finely dice the tomato, cucumber and red onion.
Serve the taco shells with grated cheese, meat, mixed salad and taco sauce.
Tip
Why not try using cheddar instead of normal cheese for the tacos?.
