BY REGISTERING AS A MEMBER, YOU HEREBY DECLARE THAT YOU ACCEPT THE CONTENT OF THIS AGREEMENT. WE THEREFORE ASK YOU TO READ THROUGH THIS TEXT CAREFULLY.
IT IS, AT THE PRESENT TIME, ENTIRELY FREE TO BECOME, AND BE, A MEMBER OF OnlineMealPlan.com. BY REGISTERING NOW, YOU ARE ASSURED THE USE OF THIS SYSTEM FREE OF CHARGE, NOW AND IN THE FUTURE. YOU JUST NEED TO LOG ON AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH TO REMAIN ELIGIBLE.
1. Registration
The user agrees, when using the services of OnlineMealPlan.com, to provide true, correct and up-to-date information about him/herself. If untrue, incorrect or invalid information is provided, OnlineMealPlan.com may, at any time, suspend or terminate the user’s access to the services of OnlineMealPlan.com.
2. Data protection
At OnlineMealPlan.com we value the trust that our users show in us. All enquiries are therefore treated confidentially and in accordance with the Danish Data Protection Act. OnlineMealPlan.com does not pass on the customer’s personal data to third parties of any kind.
3. User name, password
During the course of the registration process at OnlineMealPlan.com, a user name and password is issued. The user is responsible for ensuring that his/her password is kept secret, and is responsible for all activities carried out under the password. The user agrees to inform OnlineMealPlan.com without delay in the event of the misuse of the password.
4. Use and storage
The user agrees that OnlineMealPlan.com accepts no responsibility for services that are inaccessible or out of operation for longer or shorter periods. It is furthermore agreed that OnlineMealPlan.com may set up general procedures and restrictions in connection with the use of OnlineMealPlan.com's services. OnlineMealPlan.com reserves the right to close a user’s account if it has been inactive over a longer period of time (defined by OnlineMealPlan.com), or the user demonstrates unserious behaviour.
OnlineMealPlan.com does not accept responsibility for the loss of emails, project management tools, etc. stored on computer systems belonging to OnlineMealPlan.com or its business partners. Furthermore, OnlineMealPlan.com accepts no responsibility in the event that emails are not received/sent, or are lost en route. OnlineMealPlan.com does, however, endeavour to provide the best possible service for its users.
5. Termination
The user may, at any time, terminate his/her subscription to OnlineMealPlan.com's services (or parts hereof) by completing our contact form and informing us which services are to be cancelled.
The user furthermore agrees that OnlineMealPlan.com shall, at any time, be entitled to exclude the user from OnlineMealPlan.com's services (or parts hereof) without prior notice, if OnlineMealPlan.com considers the actions of the user to be in breach of OnlineMealPlan.com's terms and conditions and ethics. The user agrees furthermore that OnlineMealPlan.com accepts no responsibility in relation to the user/third party in the event of termination of the user’s access to OnlineMealPlan.com's services.
6. Links and tools
OnlineMealPlan.com will contain links and references to other websites and tools. The user agrees that OnlineMealPlan.com accepts no responsibility for the content, advertising, products and other material of such external partners. The user furthermore agrees that OnlineMealPlan.com cannot be held liable for damages or loss incurred as a result of the user’s use of or actions relying on the content of such sites.
7. Assignment
OnlineMealPlan.com shall be entitled at all times to assign its rights and obligations to a third party.
8. Copyright
OnlineMealPlan.com respects the copyright of others and it is a condition of the use of this site that the user demonstrates the same ethics.
9. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseeable (server) failure, breakdown, fire, water damage, strikes, lockouts, restrictions imposed by public authorities or other similar force majeure events, OnlineMealPlan.com and its suppliers shall be exempt from the obligations stipulated by these conditions for the period of force majeure.
