Directions
Rub the chicken with the oil and season with salt and pepper. Fry in a frying pan.
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
Roughly chop the peppers and onion and fry until soft over a low heat in a pan with the oil, apple vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
Serve the chicken, peppers and onion on a bed of rice.
