Directions

Preheat the oven to 200º C/fan oven 180º C.

Brown the turkey fillets on both sides. Place in an ovenproof dish.

Heat the cheese sauce over a low heat. Add the chopped tomatoes, salt,
pepper, oregano and basil. Pour the sauce over the turkey fillets.
Bake in the oven for approx. 20 mins.

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.

Serve the turkey fillets in cheese and tomato sauce with the rice.



Tip

A fresh baguette can be served with the dish.
