Directions
Melt the butter and leave to cool. Chop the chocolate into pieces.
Sift the cocoa, flour, baking powder and baking soda into a large bowl. Add the chocolate pieces. Mix the eggs, crème fraiche, sugar and melted butter together in another bowl.
Preheat the oven to 200º C/fan oven 180º C.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Fill the muffin tins with the mixture two-thirds full and bake for 20 mins.
