Directions
Finely chop the lettuce.
Drain the defrosted prawns and sweetcorn in a sieve.
Halve the avocados, remove the stone and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork.
Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the tortillas.
Spread the prawns, sweetcorn and lettuce in the middle of the tortillas. Sprinkle with lemon juice and chilli sauce and tightly roll up the tortillas.
