Intro
Steamed fish roulades with garlic cheese and red pepper.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200ºC/fan oven 180ºC.
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
Spread the garlic cheese over the plaice fillets and season with salt and pepper.
Roll them up and lay them in a dish.
Cut the peppers into strips and place on top of the fish rolls.
Pour over the white wine and steam the fish rolls for 12-15 mins.
Serve the fish roulades with the rice and bread.
Tip
Instead of plaice, you can use dab or flounder.
