Directions

Preheat the oven to 200º C/fan oven 180º C.

Finely dice the onion, garlic and pepper.

Peel the potatoes and cook for approx. 20 mins. until tender.

Mix the mince with salt, pepper and onion. Stir in the spices and the egg. Add enough flour to bind the mixture.
Add the grated cheese and shape the mince mixture into rissoles. Bake the rissoles on baking paper for approx. 30 minutes.

Heat the chopped tomatoes in a pan. Season with salt and pepper. Add the olive oil and stir to blend.
