Directions
Peel the potatoes and cook for approx. 20 mins.
Shape the mince into patties and dip them in milk and flour.
Fry for approx. 8 mins. on each side.
Peel and cube the carrots. Cook in lightly salted water for approx. 4 mins.
Add the peas and bring back to the boil for a moment.
Chop the parsley and sprinkle over the boiled potatoes.
Serve the patties with the carrots, peas and potatoes.
Tip
If you would like a little sauce to go with the dish, melted butter works well. Simply melt a little butter in a pan.
