Directions
Preheat the oven to 180º C.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Place the parma ham on a sheet of baking paper and bake in the oven until crisp.
Cut the asparagus into small pieces. Cook the asparagus and sugar peas with the pasta for the last 4-5 minutes of its cooking time.
Toss the pasta and the pepper in the oil to coat. Shave parmesan over the top.
