Directions
Gently bring the frozen raspberries to the boil. Add sugar to taste.
Heat the pancakes in a frying pan over a medium heat for approx. 1 min. on each side.
Put the ice cream on the pancake and roll it up.
Serve the pancake with the raspberry coulis.

You can also try different flavours of ice cream.
