Intro

This recipe is ideal if you have some left-over chicken from the day before.

Directions

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Toss the pasta with the olive oil and freshly chopped basil in a bowl.

Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry in rape seed oil in a frying pan.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut in half if large.

Heat the baguettes under the grill.

Add the cherry tomatoes and pasta to the frying pan and fry over a high heat for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the pasta mix with warm baguettes.



Tip

If you use fresh pasta, it is faster to prepare and simply tastes better.

You can use left-over pasta from the day before and simply add to the frying pan.
