Intro
Crisp-fried plaice fillet with bulgur salad.
Directions
Cook the bulgur according to the instructions on the packet and cool.
Blanch the almonds.
Coat the plaice fillets in rye flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
Heat half of the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the fish on one side for approx. 3 mins.
Add the remainder of the oil, turn the fish over and fry for a further 3 mins.
Peel the oranges and break into segments.
Gently mix the oranges, raspberries and almonds with the bulgur and season with salt and pepper.
Serve the fried plaice with bulgur salad.
Tip
Instead of plaice you can use dab or flounder.
