Directions
Form the meat into large flat burgers. Season with salt and pepper. Grill or fry for approx. eight minutes on each side. Just before the burgers are fully cooked, top each one with a slice of cheese, so that it melts over the burger.
Meanwhile, rinse and slice the vegetables.
Make a dressing out of fromage frais, finely chopped parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Add sugar to taste.
Heat the buns in the toaster or under the grill.
Put everything on the table and let everyone put their own burgers together.
Tip
Crème fraiche can be used in place of fromage frais.
