Intro

An easy starter that can be cooked in the oven or grilled.

Directions

Cut the baguette into diagonal slices approx. 1.5 cm thick. Brush one side of the bread with olive oil.

Finely dice the tomato. Chop the parsley, basil and thyme. Crush the garlic. Mix together in a bowl together with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Toast the bread for 1 minute with the oiled side facing down, and then top each slice with the filling. Heat the bruschetta for a further 3-5 mins. until crisp.
