Directions
Peel or scrape the potatoes and steam in a little water in a covered pan until tender.
Shape the mince into 2 large patties and fry in rapeseed oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Peel and finely slice the onion. Fry the onion rings until soft and golden.
Melt the margarine.
Serve the beef patties on a bed of soft onion with potatoes and melted margarine. Garnish with a little fresh parsley.
Tip
Add chilli or other spices to the mince (optional).
