Intro
Quick, easy and filling food.
Directions
Cook the pasta in lightly salted water.
Finely chop the garlic. Chop the parsley.
Open the tuna and pour the oil into a small pan. Sauté the finely chopped garlic in the oil and then add the tuna. Allow to sauté until the tuna has changed colour.
Pour in the cream and bring to the boil. Add chopped parsley and season with salt and plenty of pepper.
Simmer for a couple of minutes and mix with the cooked pasta and serve.
Tip
Dried parsley can be used instead of fresh.
