Directions

Put the tomatoes in a pan. Cut the onion, courgette and pepper into cubes, the carrots in slices and add to the pan.
Season with lemon pepper and allow to cook for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, slice the frankfurters and fry in a frying pan.

Thicken with flour and a little water until the sauce has the right consistency, and add the frankfurters. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the frankfurter mix with a sprig of parsley.



Tip

The dish can also be served with pasta.
