Directions
Preheat the oven to 200º C/fan oven 180º C.
Place the thawed prawns on a piece of baking paper in an ovenproof dish, brush with oil, season with salt and pepper. Bake for approx. 10 mins. until firm.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Then toss in oil, lemon juice and parsley.
Serve the pasta with the prawns arranged on top and sprinkle with parmesan.
