Directions
Finely dice the onion and garlic and slice the spring onions.
Cut the chicken and sun-dried tomatoes into small strips or cubes. Heat the rape seed oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken. When the chicken is brown, add the onion, garlic, spring onion and sun-dried tomatoes. Allow to simmer for a couple of minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and add salt. Place the pasta in a bowl and mix with the ingredients in the pan and basil.
Tip
Serve with a fresh baguette (optional).
