Directions
Cut the tomatoes into wedges, the cucumber into thin slices, the feta into cubes and the pepper into strips. Place in a bowl and pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar over. Gently stir and toss to coat.
Arrange the salad on a plate and garnish with black olives. Sprinkle with oregano.
Tip
Red onion can also be added to the salad.
